Personal Data may be kept in physical or virtual backgrounds, depending on the nature of each one. Physical files remain within Somos Young, while virtual files are kept in internal or external environments of Somos Young, according to the nature of respective Personal Data.

Somos Young implements technical and administrative measures capable of protecting Personal Data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination proportional to the current state of technology and the nature of the Personal Data processed by Somos Young.
