1. What is the privacy policy of Somos Young?
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is intended to provide a clear and transparent explanation of how Somos Young processes the personal data of their users. It is important to note that any employee, job applicant, beneficiary, will be considered as ("User"). Somos Young acts as Controller ("Controller") of Personal Data, in situations where they are responsible for decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data.
To simplify the understanding of what this means, it is important to be aware that personal data is any information concerning a natural person that makes them identified or identifiable ("Personal Data"). As a subdivision of Personal Data, there is Sensitive Personal Data, which is Personal Data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, membership of a trade union or an organisation of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person. In the same way as Sensitive Personal Data, Personal Data children's Personal Information also has special protection.
Consequently, Somos Young understands the importance of security and responsible use of your Personal Data to maintain your privacy. In order to elaborate and maintain its Privacy Policy, Somos Young has followed and respects the principles and provisions of Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), Law Nº. 13,709 of August 14, 2018.

In case User maintains any type of relationship with Somos Young, the company may carry out some processing of Personal Data, as indicated below, remember that Personal Data is collected in order to comply with the principles established by the LGPD. Therefore, Somos Young only processes the minimum level of Personal Data necessary to accomplish the specific purpose.

3. What is the purpose of processing Personal Data and its respective legal basis?

In addition, the table below also contains the legal basis for each processing of Personal Data, in accordance with articles 7º and 11º of Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law:

Where is Personal Data kept?
Personal Data may be kept in physical or virtual backgrounds, depending on the nature of each one. Physical files remain within Somos Young, while virtual files are kept in internal or external environments of Somos Young, according to the nature of respective Personal Data.
What security measures are adopted to protect Personal Data?
Somos Young implements technical and administrative measures capable of protecting Personal Data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination proportional to the current state of technology and the nature of the Personal Data processed by Somos Young.
5. Sharing with third parties
Personal Data may be shared with third parties so that Somos Young can achieve the purpose of the processing. This information will be shared as set out below, always in accordance with the Brazilian LGPD guidelines.

7. Holder's rights
The holder of Personal Data has several rights that protect against improper use of their Personal Data. Somos Young is aware of this situation and is striving to constantly improve its services, guaranteeing the rights set out in art. 18º of Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law, as long as they are compatible with other legal provisions:
Right to confirm that Personal Data is being processed and to know which Personal Data is being processed;
Right to correct Personal Data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
Right to portability of Personal Data where permitted by law;
Right to delete Personal Data, where permitted by law;
